Shipping
We offer flat postage rate

Depending on where you are located, postage can take up to 10-15 working days to receive your goods, after leaving our premises.

Express parcel postage can be arranged for a fee upon special request. All quotes will be confirmed by the purchaser and receipt of payment will be required prior to any dispatch of goods

We endeavour to package and ship all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) on receipt of payment. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are shipped the following business day.

Please be reminded that Postal services are unable to open an query into an undelivered parcel until 20 business days from the date of shipment.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns of items in unopened/as-new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
